Registered Nurse - Long Term Care
Location: Baker, Montana
Start Date: 06-09-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Day shift, 6:15 AM - 6:15 PM, alternating 3-12 hour shifts with possibility of a 4th shift
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to long-term care residents
- Monitor patient conditions and coordinate with the care team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Support residents and families with education and emotional support
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care standards
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in Montana
- Experience in long-term care or similar settings preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a rural healthcare setting
Knowledge & Skills
- Long-term care nursing practices
- Patient assessment and care planning
- Medication administration and documentation
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
- Compassionate communication with residents and families
