Candidate Pay Rate: $75 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum
- Triage patients and serve as the primary nurse during deliveries
- Monitor and titrate Pitocin drips to support safe labor progression
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure excellent outcomes for every family
- Support a rural hospital environment where your skills truly make a difference
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
- Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience
- Current ALS, NRP, and AWHONN EFM certifications
- Comfortable functioning independently as both labor nurse and baby catcher/transition nurse
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong LDRP clinical skills including triage and newborn transition
- Ability to work confidently with limited on-site support
- Experience with OBIX fetal monitoring system preferred
- Flexibility to float to MedSurg when needed (rarely)
