Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $84 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to laboring mothers and postpartum families
- Circulate C-sections with confidence and precision
- Monitor fetal heart rates and respond swiftly to changes
- Support families through birth plans with empathy and expertise
- Collaborate with OB techs and on-call specialists for seamless care
- Float between L&D and Postpartum units to support the whole mother-baby journey
Qualifications
- Active California RN license
- 2 years of recent L&D/PP experience required
- Current ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN certifications
- Proven ability to circulate C-sections
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong fetal monitoring interpretation
- Comfortable with high-risk deliveries at 34 weeks and above
- Excellent communication with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Adaptable to floating between L&D and Postpartum units
