Shift Type: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Day shift), with call rotation 1-2 nights per week and weekend coverage as needed

Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of interventional radiology procedures including angiograms, cerebral coiling, biopsies, and neuro interventions
• Administer moderate sedation and closely monitor patients throughout procedures
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of radiologists, techs, and nurses to ensure high-quality patient care
• Provide critical care support for patients in the IR suite, including emergency interventions
• Maintain a safe and sterile environment, adhering to infection control standards
• Document patient care accurately in EMR (Expanse)

Qualifications

• Active RN License in New Hampshire (or compact) required at submission
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Procedural Departments, Critical Care, Emergency Department, or ICU
• Experience with Moderate Sedation required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Must live within 30 minutes of the hospital
• Interventional Radiology or Cardiac Cath Lab experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Proficiency with EMR systems (Expanse)
• Knowledge of interventional radiology equipment (Philips Bi-Plane, Single Plane GE Monitoring)
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly
