Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-acuity care to adult ICU patients
Titrate cardiac, insulin, and sedation drips with precision
Monitor and interpret telemetry strips using GE equipment
Collaborate with respiratory therapists on ventilator management
Float to PCU or MedSurg units when census requires
Respond to on-call needs within 30 minutes when activated

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Minimum one year of recent ICU experience preferred
Valid driver's license for radius verification

Knowledge & Skills

ICU and telemetry monitoring expertise
Cardiac, insulin, and sedation drip titration
Stroke, trauma, and post-cardiac procedure care
Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
