Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Night shift, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, 12-hour shifts, schedule may vary
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced ICU setting
- Monitor and interpret vital signs, lab results, and patient responses
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on condition management and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-changing environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in interpreting hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac rhythms
- Proficiency with ventilators, IV pumps, and other ICU equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Capable of handling high-stress situations with composure
- Knowledge of infection control protocols and patient safety standards
