Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week totaling 36 hours

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-acuity care to trauma, burn, and pediatric patients in a fast-paced Level 1 trauma center
Float between multiple ER sites to support dynamic patient needs and maintain excellent outcomes
Monitor cardiac rhythms on Phillips telemetry and interpret strips with confidence
Collaborate with intensivists, hospitalists, and a robust support team to deliver seamless care
Maintain sterile technique during critical procedures and pass skills validations with pride

Qualifications

Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
TNCC or ATCN preferred
Minimum 2 years of ER experience with at least 6 months in a Level 1 trauma setting
Cerner EMR experience

Knowledge & Skills

Strong trauma assessment and rapid decision-making skills
Ability to float between multiple ER locations with ease
Comfortable reading cardiac strips and managing ventilated patients
Excellent communication and teamwork in high-volume environments
