Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: 5x8's or 4x10's, to be discussed in interview; weekly weeknight call plus weekend call (about 1-2 weeknights per week and every 3 weekends)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert circulating and teching support for advanced procedures including ERCP, EUS, EMR/ESD, enteroscopy, and endolumenal surgery
Manage specialized imaging catheters, sphincterotomy wires, stents, and ultrasound processors to ensure seamless procedures
Assist with fine needle aspiration, electrocautery setup, injection needles, snares, balloon catheters, and endoscopic suturing
Perform high-level disinfection and reprocessing of complex scopes following SGNA and manufacturer standards
Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver safe, high-quality patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska
Strong circulating and teching skills in advanced GI procedures
Experience with ERCP, EUS, EMR/ESD, enteroscopy, and endolumenal surgery preferred
Ability to pass open-book skills exam with 90% or higher during orientation
Willingness to comply with strict fingernail policy (no artificial nails)

Knowledge & Skills

Advanced knowledge of ERCP, EUS, EMR/ESD, enteroscopy, and endolumenal surgery equipment
Proficiency in scope reprocessing and high-level disinfection standards
Strong understanding of EMR documentation
Excellent troubleshooting skills for ultrasound processors and specialized tools
