Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts with 10 days of call per six-week schedule

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate pre-op and recovery care for Endo patients
Assist with ERCP procedures and occasional bronchoscopies
Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio for personalized attention
Collaborate with anesthesia team during all cases
Support the Endo/GI team with skilled nursing care
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska
Current driver's license required at submittal
Must pass open-book skills exam with 90% or higher during orientation
Comfortable working in Endo/GI settings
Willingness to follow facility policies including no artificial nails

Knowledge & Skills

Endoscopy and GI nursing procedures
ERCP and bronchoscopy support
Pre-op and recovery care for adult patients
Strong assessment and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
