Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate emergency care to patients of all ages
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs quickly and accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver excellent outcomes
- Document patient information thoroughly and maintain accurate records
- Educate patients and families about conditions and next steps
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- BLS and ACLS certifications preferred
- Emergency Room experience is a plus
- Ability to pass skills exam with 90% or higher
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
