Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages presenting with acute illnesses and injuries
• Perform comprehensive assessments, triage patients based on severity, and prioritize care effectively
• Administer medications, start IVs, and perform advanced procedures as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas or compact NLC state
• TNCC certification required
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

• Expertise in emergency nursing care and triage
• Patient assessment and critical thinking
• IV insertion and medication administration
