Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients presenting with a wide range of emergency conditions
• Perform rapid assessments, triage patients based on acuity, and initiate appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans
• Accurately document patient histories, symptoms, and responses to treatment
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency procedures as ordered
• Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up care

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Hampshire or a compact state
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Prior experience in emergency nursing or critical care preferred
• Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong triage and critical thinking skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and emergency care procedures
