Roles & Responsibilities

• Triage and assess patients presenting with a wide range of emergency conditions
• Administer medications, treatments, and life-saving interventions with precision
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-acuity care
• Monitor vital signs and respond rapidly to changes in patient status
• Provide compassionate education and support to patients and families
• Document accurately in EPIC to ensure seamless continuity of care

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted California RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
• Previous Emergency Department nursing experience preferred
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
• Ability to work per diem shifts, including strike coverage as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of emergency nursing protocols and best practices
• Proficiency in EPIC charting and documentation
