Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate dialysis care to patients with kidney conditions
- Monitor vital signs and patient responses during treatment sessions
- Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures and home care
- Collaborate with nephrologists and care teams to optimize treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure safety protocols are followed
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Dakota or compact license
- Dialysis nursing experience preferred
- BLS certification required
- Strong assessment and communication skills
