Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care to patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor patient vitals and respond swiftly to any changes
- Prepare and maintain sterile fields and surgical instruments
- Educate patients and families about post-operative care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Previous CVOR or operating room experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and calm under pressure
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in cardiovascular surgical procedures
- Proficiency with sterile technique and OR protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
