Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts, 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM, negotiable schedule with one weekday call per week and one weekend call per month

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert care during open heart, TAVR, endovascular, and thoracic procedures
Scrub in to assist with holding the heart and closing the chest when needed
Collaborate with a skilled CVOR team of 8 OR techs and dedicated charge nurses
Float to General OR when CVOR cases are not scheduled
Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR
Respond to call within 30 minutes and utilize the on-site call room when needed

Qualifications

Active RN license in Colorado or compact license
BLS certification required
ACLS certification preferred
Open Heart and/or Endovascular experience required
Ability to work within a 60-mile radius of the facility

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of cardiovascular operating room procedures
Experience with open heart and endovascular cases
Familiarity with Epic EMR system
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Ability to respond quickly during on-call situations
