Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures
• Prepare patients and provide clear instructions for exams
• Operate radiology equipment while adhering to safety standards
• Collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate imaging
• Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiography (required)
• Louisiana state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• Prior experience in radiology preferred
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in radiographic positioning and techniques
• Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols
• Ability to operate imaging equipment efficiently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Compassionate and professional bedside manner
