Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to maximize functional abilities and independence
- Develop and implement therapeutic plans of care
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and treatment plans
- Provide education to patients and caregivers
Qualifications
- Active PT license in MA
- 3+ years of experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's or Doctorate preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Master's or Doctorate preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management and documentation skills
