Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
Document evaluations, treatment plans, and patient progress clearly and timely
Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Contribute to a positive clinic culture that prioritizes patient safety and satisfaction

Qualifications

Current Washington state Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
Clinical competence in outpatient orthopedic and functional rehabilitation
Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
Comfortable working PRN or full-time and able to accommodate evening hours if needed
Strong communication, documentation, and patient-education skills

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and progress assessment
Proficiency in therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and functional training
Accurate clinical documentation and familiarity with electronic medical records
Excellent patient communication and motivational coaching
Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
