Location: Sacramento, California

Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch required)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy to a diverse caseload including ortho, total joint, vestibular, neuro, and balance patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient function and independence
- Collaborate with a team of PTAs and rehab aides to deliver high-quality care
- Document patient progress in Cerner EMR with accuracy and efficiency
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Qualifications
- Current California Physical Therapist license
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- At least 2 supervisor references at submission (1 within 12 months, 1 within 3 years)
- Must not have been employed by CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity within the past year
Knowledge & Skills
- Orthopedic and total joint rehabilitation
- Vestibular and balance therapy
- Neurological rehabilitation
- Cerner EMR proficiency
- Ability to treat 9-11 patients per day on average
