Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy to a diverse patient population including ortho, total joint, vestibular, neuro, and balance difficulties
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and improve quality of life
Collaborate with a dedicated rehab team including 2 PTAs to ensure seamless patient care
Utilize Cerner EMR for accurate documentation and efficient workflow
Evaluate patient progress and adjust interventions to achieve optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapist license (required)
BLS certification from the American Heart Association (required)
Experience in outpatient orthopedics and vestibular rehab preferred
Comfortable treating approximately 9-11 patients per day on average
Must not have been directly employed by CommonSpirit/CHI/Dignity in the past year (PRN through outside firms is okay)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in orthopedics, vestibular, and neuro rehabilitation
Proficiency with Cerner EMR system
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Time management skills to handle a busy outpatient caseload
Adaptability to treat a variety of diagnoses and patient needs
