Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy to a diverse patient population
Treat approximately 12 patients per day in a 10-hour shift, focusing on orthopedic and varied cases
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes
Provide occasional acute inpatient support when needed to broaden your impact
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a positive clinic culture

Qualifications

Current Oregon PT license (can be obtained after submittal)
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS certification
Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory
Comfortable treating a wide variety of diagnoses in a small-town setting

Knowledge & Skills

Strong outpatient orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Ability to manage a busy caseload while delivering personalized care
Flexibility to assist with acute inpatient needs when the opportunity arises
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Adaptability to a unique clinic environment inside an athletic club
