Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy to a diverse caseload of up to 12 patients per day
Evaluate and treat a wide variety of orthopedic and general diagnoses in a small-town setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes
Provide occasional acute inpatient coverage when needed to support the broader rehab department
Document care and progress notes while maintaining excellent patient relationships in a welcoming athletic-club environment

Qualifications

Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (can be obtained after submission)
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS certification required
Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory
Comfortable treating a broad mix of orthopedic and general cases

Knowledge & Skills

Strong outpatient orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Ability to manage a busy schedule of 12 patients across 10-hour days
Flexibility to assist with acute inpatient coverage when the team needs support
Excellent communication and patient-education abilities
Professionalism and adaptability in a small-town, community-focused clinic
