Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized one-on-one physical therapy treatments to help patients achieve their recovery goals
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic conditions
Manage patient scheduling and caseload to ensure optimal care continuity
Collaborate with PTAs and rehab aides to provide exceptional outpatient rehabilitation services
Build lasting relationships with patients in a welcoming community setting

Qualifications

Current Colorado PT license or Compact license required
BLS certification from American Heart Association
Strong background in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
Excellent communication and patient management skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation techniques
Ability to treat a wide variety of diagnoses in a community setting
Strong organizational skills for managing evaluations and recurring patient schedules
Comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive team
