Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (5x8 days shift, 40 hours/week)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct physical therapy evaluations and treatments for patients
- Develop and implement treatment plans for various patient populations
- Perform Gross Motor Assessments and other specialized tests
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Manage and document patient progress and treatment outcomes
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapy license
- Minimum 1 year of experience (new graduates considered)
- BLS/BCLS certification required
- Experience with Pediatric, Adolescent, Adults, and Geriatric populations
- Knowledge of Physical Therapy principles and practices
Education
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Physical Therapy degree
