Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement patient rehabilitation programs to improve mobility, function, and strength
- Evaluate and treat patients for physical therapy and rehabilitation programs
- Utilize Electronic Medical Records to complete evaluations, reports, and discharge summaries
- Guide and monitor patient care in all aspects of treatment and follow-up
- Supervise PT Assistants and Aides regarding patient care
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy
- Active license as a Physical Therapist in the state of California
- 1 year of experience in physical therapy
- Strong clinical skills in patient rehabilitation and electronic medical records
Education
- Degree in Physical Therapy
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical therapy and patient rehabilitation
- Electronic Medical Records
- DX and ICD-10 coding
- Computer skills, typing, and software applications
