Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on physical therapy across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Treat a diverse caseload including ortho injuries, neuro conditions, wound care, and general debility
Collaborate with nursing and therapy colleagues to create personalized treatment plans
Precept students or new staff as opportunities arise
Document progress and adjust interventions to help patients reach their goals

Qualifications

Active Texas PT license and national PT license required
BLS certification
Wound care experience preferred but not required
Comfortable working in both inpatient and outpatient environments
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in treating fractures, sports injuries, and post-amputation care
Able to manage wound care and utilize VAC therapy when needed
Confident handling general PT cases across the lifespan
Familiar with critical access hospital workflows
