Roles & Responsibilities

Provide rehabilitation therapy to inpatients on Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Unit, Long Term Care, Outpatient, and Home Health patient populations
Work closely with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Utilize evidence-based practices to promote optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Nevada
2+ years of experience in Physical Therapy, with substantial Outpatient setting experience
BLS/BCLS certification required

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Physical Therapy degree

Knowledge & Skills

Rehabilitation Therapy
Physical Therapy assessment and treatment planning
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
