Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices
- Function as primary liaison between patients, staff, and providers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs
- Take vital signs, triage patient calls, refill prescriptions, and complete prior authorizations
Qualifications
- Graduate of a Nursing Program
- Current State LPN license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
