Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with primary care providers, nurses, and other behavioral health professionals

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active LISW license in Iowa
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
