Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services and leadership to ensure excellent patient care
• Maintain medication inventory and supplies
• Conduct quality control checks and document care services
• Assist providers and staff as needed
• Communicate effectively with other departments

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nursing license in Alaska or other U.S. state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of acute care experience preferred
• Clinical Competency and High Risk Competency required

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

• Nursing process and application
• Customer service principles
• Safety and infection control principles
• Completing assessments and specimen collection
• Effective oral and written communications skills
