Roles & Responsibilities

Provide diagnostic imaging services to patients using various imaging modalities
Prioritize patient education and safety
Perform exams based on Imaging Department Protocols
Practice radiation safety and adhere to ALARA standards
Operate equipment and troubleshoot problems
Maintain accurate patient records in EHR

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
ARRT registration in Radiology (R)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Prior experience as a practicing Radiologic Technologist (preferred)

Education

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program

CT, MRI, DEXA, Mammography, and cross-training in other modalities
