Roles & Responsibilities

Provide nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices
Function as primary liaison between patients, staff, and providers
Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs
Take vital signs, triage patient calls, refill prescriptions, and complete necessary prior authorizations

Qualifications

Graduate of a Nursing Program
Current State LPN license
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
