Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans
Implement physical therapy interventions to improve mobility and function
Collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve patient goals

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist license in California
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience in home health physical therapy

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in physical therapy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
