Location: Kearney, Nebraska

Start Date: 06-08-2026

End Date: 09-07-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts including 0630-1830 and 1830-0630, every other weekend, and a minimum of 2 holidays within the contract timeframe

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a PCU setting
Titrate drips and manage complex medical equipment
Interpret telemetry and monitor patient conditions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient goals
Participate in unit-specific orientation and ongoing education

Qualifications

Current RN licensure
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Competence in arterial lines and titratable drips
Experience in a PCU or similar setting

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Flexibility and adaptability in a changing clinical setting
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
