Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and treat patients in a Home Health setting
Develop and implement physical therapy plans
Work with patients who have had surgeries or falls
Utilize EMR system (HomeCare/HomeBase)
Provide high-quality patient care

Qualifications

Current ND Physical Therapy License
BLS certification
1+ year of experience in Physical Therapy
Experience in Home Health
Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance

Education

Physical Therapy degree

Knowledge & Skills

Physical Therapy techniques
Home Health care
Patient assessment and treatment planning
EMR systems (HomeCare/HomeBase)
Communication and interpersonal skills
