Shift Type: 40 hours per week, flexible schedule to accommodate Home Health visits, with meetings twice a month

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Treat patients with a variety of diagnoses, including cardio, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric conditions
Meet productivity goals of 5-6 patients per day
Maintain accurate records and timesheets for mileage reimbursement

Qualifications

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) certification
Experience in Home Health or similar setting (new grads considered in extreme cases)
Strong communication and organizational skills

Education

Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy techniques and modalities
Patient assessment and treatment planning
Time management and organization
