Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of the Occupational Therapy Department staff
• Direct supervision of certified Occupational Therapy assistants (COTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and professional standards
• Oversee Occupational Therapy policy and procedure manual
• Evaluate and treat patients
• Assist with program development and other administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of Occupational Therapy, approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association
• Currently licensed in the State of California by the Board of Medical Quality Assurance
• 3 years of experience in Occupational Therapy
• Member of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) - Preferred
