Roles & Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered care to patients across the lifespan
Build long-term relationships with patients and families
Work closely with experienced clinical and administrative staff

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for medical licensure in New York State
DEA certification or eligibility
Passion for community-focused healthcare

Education

Medical licensure in New York State
DEA certification
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
MD or DO degree
