Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate clinical nursing practice in Outpatient Clinics
Develop and implement superior Family Medicine Clinics
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide quality and cost-effective care
Support the organization's mission and values

Qualifications

BSN required, MSN or Master's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
Minimum 5 years of progressive nursing management experience
3 years of clinical nursing experience preferred
Licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) in Alaska
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Education

BSN required, MSN or Master's degree preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Leadership and management skills
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of regulatory agency standards related to healthcare organizations
