Roles & Responsibilities

Assess patients' physical conditions and create personalized therapy plans
Implement and monitor therapy sessions to improve patients' mobility and strength
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Document patients' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed

Qualifications

Active state license as a Physical Therapist
Minimum 1 year of experience in Physical Therapy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
Completion of a physical therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)

Knowledge & Skills

Rehabilitation therapy techniques
Physical therapy assessments and evaluations
Therapeutic communication skills
Documentation and record-keeping
