Shift Type: 4x10s, Occasional Saturday coverage (typically 2 Saturdays within a 13-week contract)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients with physical therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
Qualifications
- Current state of Oregon physical therapy license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience with Epic systems
Education
- Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical therapy techniques and best practices
- Electronic medical records (EMRs) like Epic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
