Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (5x8)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality patient care and education
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize NextGen EHR system for efficient documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Physical Therapy
- Current Physical Therapy license
- BLS/BCLS certification required
- Experience with NextGen EHR system preferred
Education
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Physical Therapy degree
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical Therapy techniques and modalities
- Rehabilitation Therapy principles
- Case management and screening skills
- Gross motor assessments and fall risk evaluations
- Orthopedic skills including ACL tears, back pain, and joint replacements
