Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during procedures and examinations, ensuring patient comfort
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to maintain a safe environment
• Take and develop dental X-rays with precision
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment charts
• Keep the schedule flowing smoothly for a great patient experience

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent training
• Current dental radiography certification
• Experience in orthodontics is a big plus
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dental setting

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols
• Familiarity with dental software (like Denticon)
• Understanding of orthodontic procedures and terminology
• Excellent patient care and customer service skills
