Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists with patient examinations and procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments, ensuring a safe and clean environment
• Take dental X-rays and impressions as directed
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks
• Support the team to deliver exceptional patient experiences

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent training preferred
• X-ray certification is a plus
• Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience is valued
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols
• Familiarity with dental software and scheduling systems
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor with patients
• Team player with a positive attitude
