Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dental hygiene care to patients in scheduled 30-minute visits
• Perform thorough cleanings and preventive oral health treatments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring sterilization and infection control standards
• Collaborate with dental assistants and the dentist to provide a seamless patient experience
• Document patient care accurately while maintaining patient privacy

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of New Jersey
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental practice

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instrumentation
• Knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols
• Skill in using dental software for patient records
• Time management and organization for back-to-back appointments
