Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive dental care and cleanings to patients
• Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices and at-home care
• Capture and evaluate dental X-rays to support accurate diagnoses
• Document patient histories and treatment plans with precision
• Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure patient comfort
• Maintain rigorous infection control and sterilization standards

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and patient rapport
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced dental environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instrumentation
• Experience with dental software and patient charting
• Solid understanding of infection control protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
