Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Flexible schedule: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday
Hours per Week: 35
Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans for short-term and long-term residents
- Communicate effectively with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, Medicare guidelines, and regulatory standards
- Complete documentation in Net Health per facility standards
Qualifications
- Active OTA License
- SNF experience preferred, but mentorship available for those with 0-1 year of experience
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
- Flexible and collaborative mindset

- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) training
