Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a home health setting
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
Qualifications
- Current CA OT License
- 1 year of experience in occupational therapy
- BLS certification
- Driver's license and auto insurance
- TB, MMR, Varicella, HepB, and Flu vaccinations
Education
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
Knowledge & Skills
- Occupational therapy principles and practices
- Home health care experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
