Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive evaluations and deliver meaningful treatments that help patients regain independence
Collaborate with a dynamic team of 46 OT professionals in a fast-paced acute care environment
Document patient progress using Meditech and Redoc systems to ensure seamless care coordination
Manage a rewarding caseload of approximately 8 evaluations per 8-hour shift
Adapt quickly to portable equipment needs across the 420-bed Level 2 Trauma facility

Qualifications

Current Occupational Therapy license and BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
Previous acute care experience is a plus but not required
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiasm for delivering patient-centered care in a trauma and stroke center setting

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
Familiarity with acute care portable equipment
Proficiency with Meditech and Redoc documentation systems
Excellent time management to handle 8 evaluations in an 8-hour shift
Adaptability to thrive in a Level 2 Trauma, Comprehensive Stroke Center environment
